Friends of Maroochy Regional Bushland Botanic Gardens

In 2000 The Maroochy Regional Bushland Botanic Gardens were established. The gardens only nurture native flora and fauna specific to the Sunshine Coast Region. The Friends played a major part in instigating the Gardens. Today we have around 60 volunteers working with the SCC Environmental Operations Team. The Friends support the Gardens with volunteers and funding. We also carry an extensive knowledge base utilised in guiding and plant management. The Botanic Gardens, some of the best on the Sunshine Coast, are a must see.
