Young Queensland Stroke Support Group

Find comfort in talking to others who have shared a similar experience of suffering a stroke.

Mission: To build a network of Queensland stroke victims, carers, and those who assist stroke survivors to make connecting with others for peer support easy and accessible. Stroke affects each of us in individual ways, however the experience both emotionally and physically is one that those who've had a stroke share exclusively. Join us in building this network of Queensland stroke victims, carers, or those who assist stroke survivors to make connecting with others for the purpose of peer support, easy and accessible. Support groups play a vital role in helping stroke survivors move forward with their lives. My name is Chris Kay, why don't you join us?

Staff / Regular Volunteers: Currently 1-20 members / staff. We reach: Currently under 50 people We specifically work with: Adults, Men, Women, Youth
