Sunshine Coast Indoor Rowing Club
The SC Indoor Rowing Club has a Training Day once a month at Alex Surf Club in the Training Room upstairs.
Head Coach, Rob Cossalter, and Assistant Coach, Roberta Gordon, give excellent coaching and advice. Members can then practice at their gym or at home. Many members have their own concept2 rowing machine. Monthly newsletters are produced and sent to many parts of Australia. Members are encouraged to take part in a number of competitions, including the QLD and Australian Indoor Rowing Championships, the Pan Pacific Masters Games and the Australian Masters Games. Indoor Rowing is very good for cross training. Annual membership is very reasonable.
