We put on musical concerts featuring light classical works by such composers as Mozart, Bizet. Gilbert & Sullivan, and Medelssohn
The Maleny Singers are delighted to offer a shortened version of Mozart's superb "The Magic Flute " at the Maleny Community Centre. This masterpiece is not only a light opera with some of the composer's best music, but has elements of a children's story, a comedy, and a morality play. The Singers' keen chorus and sparkling soloists will be supported by the Maleny Performing Arts Orchestra, and bDifferent Dance Academy. Performance dates are as follows: Saturday June 17th, at 6:30 pm; Sunday June 18th at 2pm; Saturday June 24th at 4pm; and Sunday June 25th at 2pm.
