Fusion SC is a Youth and Community organisation working to reach out to high school aged youth

Fusion Sunshine Coast is a Youth and Community organisation working in high schools and around the community that aims to empower high school aged youth to become more connected, resilient and responsible. We run a variety of different programs and initiatives to help build community and connections, and work with different organisations to see that happen. Run by volunteers, we wouldn't be able to do what we can without the hard work of many people giving their time and energy to help others, whether through our youth programs, running our Wombat Second-Hand Clothing Stores, or helping to keep our centre (Alcooringa Centre in Buderim) up and running for the community.

Staff / Regular Volunteers: Currently 1-20 members / staff. We reach: Currently 51-1000 people Volunteer with us: Opportunities to volunteer in youth programs and with administration at our office. Fees / Subscriptions: Sometimes - depends on the program, mostly free community services for young people. We specifically work with: Youth We particuarly work with teenage young people, but want them to be connected to the wider community

Sunshine Coast Council acknowledges the Sunshine Coast Country, home of the Kabi Kabi peoples and the Jinibara peoples, the Traditional Custodians, whose lands and waters we all now share.
We commit to working in partnership with the Traditional Custodians and the broader First Nations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) community to support self-determination through economic and community development.
