The Yandina-Eumundi is a great place for current/previous service personnel and their families to connect with the local community. Their are trained welfare officers to support members in need. Our regular meetings and social and community events enable our members to connect regularly. There is some great memorabilia onsite and we are working towards a dedicated museum onsite. Our building is part of the local heritage trail. We raise funds through the Hall hire of the great venue that we have adjacent to the Yandina Markets. There are all sorts of great activities on in the hall including fitness & dance classes, yoga and meditation as well as information classes. It's often used for business or organisations meetings/presentations. The hall looks its best decorated ready for that special celebration like a party or wedding reception and out Citizens Auxiliary are happy to help.
Staff / Regular Volunteers: Currently 1-20 members / staff. We reach: Currently over 1000 people Volunteer with us: Citizens auxiliary and membership for service members. Fees / Subscriptions: Sometimes - There are fees for hall hire, this is used to support our welfare services. A membership fee applies We specifically work with: Anyone, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders, Adults, Children, Families, Men, Multicultural People, Older People, People with a Disability, Women, Youth Business/organisations for Venue/Hall hire, Returned Service personnel wanting to connect/support
