The Historical Society’s aim is to research, preserve and display local history and to have it asses

The Yandina & District Historical Society Inc. leases Yandina Historic House from the Sunshine Coast Council and is a not for profit organization, run by volunteers. The Historical Society’s aim is to research, preserve and display local history and to have it assessable to the community. The running of the house promotes this aim through the; ART GALLERY, INFORMATION CENTRE, DEVONSHIRE TEAS AND THE GIFT AND CRAFT SHOP. The Gallery’s aim is to present work created by Local Artist’s that reflects the traditional nature of the house. Therefore our goal is to make art accessible to all and to exhibit and maintain a high standard of work, for the benefit of our visitors, the artists and our local community. The Information Centre is OPEN DAILY 9-30 to 4pm Free Admission, Relax in parkland setting at 3 Pioneer Road, Yandina – Just off the Ginger Factory roundabout.
