Rucking the Sunny Coast

we are a walking/Rucking group associated with GORUCK, we go for walks carrying weight in a backpack with a voluntary monthly challenge. Sometimes we walk for distance, and sometimes it is a short with exercises along the route. all ages and abilities are welcome, Sunday and Monday mornings are our regular days. as we are just starting out we are looking to have a Saturday afternoon Ruck with BBQ after, and a weeknight short Ruck and dinner after that one. Right now we are meeting at the HMAS lookout in Alex Heads at 630am
