Kawana Forest Meeting Place, founded in 2014, is centrally located and minutes from the Kawana Health Precinct.
This venue lends itself to a diversity of activities and events. It consists of three spaces of various sizes suitable for meetings, small seminars, training, functions or low intensity physical activities like yoga or Pilates. Meeting Spaces 1 & 2 can be combined to form one large room. A fenced outdoor space and a forecourt are also attached to the building. The whole venue is also available for hire.
There are seven car parks inside the main entrance and off street parking is available. The venue is wheelchair friendly, with a designated disabled parking space, easy access to the venue from the main entrance and disabled toilet facilities.
Facilities include: Tables and chairs, a shared kitchen with upright stove, fridge, microwave, urn, kitchen crockery, utensils & cutlery. A white board is available. A data projector & screen are situated in Meeting Space 2. Air conditioning and fans in all spaces.
The meeting place is not a serviced venue and the set up and pack down of rooms, catering and cleaning must be undertaken by the hirer.
