GMAN is an active environmentally focused community group in the Glasshouse Mountains area

GMAN has its own nursery of local plants for Land for Wildlife properties and a number of plant sales each year. We also establish and maintain koala food tree plantations for the koala carers.We work with National Parks and Sunshine Coast Council to promote the flora, fauna and lead weekly local bush walks. We were instrumental in the establishment of the Trachyte Track around Mt Tibrogargan, the Soldier Settlers Track at Beerburrum, and the Mt Ngun Ngun track. We are active members with other environmental groups such as the Sunshine Coast Environment Council to protect the beauty and diversity of the whole Sunshine Coast.
