Windmill Park
Windmill Park is a neighbourhood park located on Oxford Close in Sippy Downs. The park features a naturally shaded playground, basketball half-court, skate park, open space area for kick and throw activities, exercise equipment, connecting pedestrian pathways, picnic facilities, a shelter, barbecues, public amenities, natural shade throughout and street parking.

The Windmill Park skate park features small transition to side ledge, a combination of stairs and down ledge, spine, flat ledge and flat banks.
