George VI Memorial Park
This park is known for it's skate bowl and basketball half court. The skate park is sheltered by shade sails. There is also a playground to be enjoyed by younger children.
George VI Memorial Park is located South East of the Yandina Sports Complex. The park packs in a lot of facilities including a playground, half basketball court with a netball hoop at the back (on grass). It also has a skate park, see the Yandina Skate Park page for further information. It also provide picnic and barbecue facilities under shelters, connecting pedestrian pathways and public amenities. There is also plenty of natural shade for protection while you enjoy the open space.
