Edgewater Lakes Park, may also be known as Albany Lakes Park. It is located between University Way and Springhill Drive at Sippy Downs. The park is home to Chancellor Park Lake 4 and Lake 5. There is plenty of natural shade and a pedestrian connection pathway on the Northern side. At the very top North-West corner, off Edgewater Place, you will discover an exercise equipment node. There are also a few picnic tables and seats throughout the open space.
