Baringa Skate Park is designed for all levels of skaters. The park provides shaded and open areas with a combination of jumps, rails and ramps to show off your skills to family and friends.
The Baringa Town Square is the first public space on the Sunshine Coast to incorporate skate-able public infrastructure as part of a focus on integrating youth activities within the district. The vibrant community hub features an urban youth skate plaza, a 36 metre long feast table with barbecue facilities, seating areas with acoustic speaker boxes, public amenities, drinking fountains, a generous open space grassed area that will attract large gatherings.
The skate park is located adjacent to the 700-hectare Lamerough Creek conservation reserve and wetland. A boardwalk viewing platform has been designed promote the area’s melaleuca character and allow public viewing access of the wetland reserve.
