The Baringa Town Square is the first public space on the Sunshine Coast to incorporate skate-able public infrastructure as part of a focus on integrating youth activities within the district.  The vibrant community hub features an urban youth skate plaza, a 36 metre long feast table with barbecue facilities, seating areas with acoustic speaker boxes, public amenities, drinking fountains and a generous open space grassed area that will attract large gatherings.

The skate park is located adjacent to the 700-hectare Lamerough Creek conservation reserve and wetland. A boardwalk viewing platform has been designed promote the area’s melaleuca character and allow public viewing access of the wetland reserve.
