Point Cartwright Walkway

This pedestrian and cycle path starts at the northern end of La Balsa Park and follows the Mooloolah River bank to the end of the rock wall on the western side of Point Cartwright.

Point Cartwright Walkway is a great pedestrian and cycle pathway that starts at the northern end of La Balsa Park and follows the Mooloolah River bank for 750 metres to the end of the rock wall on the western side of Point Cartwright. The pathway is sheltered with natural shade in many parts and has great access and views of the water and harbour area as well. Along the pathway you'll also discover picnic tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the location.

Dogs are permitted off leash at times and locations indicated on signage. For more information regarding dog use in this area, refer to Point Cartwright and La Balsa Park Changes to animal access
