Lions Lighthouse Park

This leafy amenity reserve is a memorial to the Australian and American military personnel stationed in the area from 1939 to 1945. The park is located beside the Caloundra Lighthouses, neither of which are operational. The Friends of the Caloundra Lighthouse are a volunteer group who look after the lighthouses and open them to the public, scheduled every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, or at other times by appointment.
