Corporate Plan 2025-30
Sunshine Coast Council’s Corporate Plan 2025-30 was adopted at the Ordinary Meeting in February 2025 and commences on 1 July 2025.

Operational plan
Our annual Operational Plan and budget identifies the activities we are going to deliver to progress implementation of the Corporate Plan each financial year.
The Operational Plan forms an important part of Council’s strategic planning processes and enables Council to monitor and adjust our annual work commitments to ensure they continue to meet the needs of our community.
Corporate Performance
Council prepares annual and quarterly performance reports to provide information to our Council and our communications on our performance progress against activities in the Operational Plan and achieving our Corporate Plan goals.
