Eaton Park
Eaton Park is located on Fitzwilliam Drive between Eaton Street and Moreton Street, Sippy Downs. It features connecting pedestrian pathways with two separate playgrounds, one that's shaded, basketball half-court, netball half-court, multi-sports goal, open space for kick and throw activities, picnic facilities, shelter, barbecues, public amenities and off-street car parking.

Sippy Downs (Eaton Park) Community Garden is located on the corner of Eaton Street and Magellan Crescent.
