Buderim - Goshawk Boulevard extension
The Goshawk Boulevard extension will connect Stringybark Road to Power Road to improve multi-modal transport access surrounding the Sippy Downs town centre.
Buderim Village park
The staged construction of the park is now complete.
Caloundra coastal pathway
The coastal pathway is one of many recreational infrastructure projects delivered by council to help the Sunshine Coast community achieve a healthy, active and sustainable lifestyle.

Golden Beach sand dredging
To dredge within the Pumicestone Passage at Golden Beach council obtained federal government approval permits.

Golden Beach seawall repair
A 240m section of seawall and one boat ramp will be upgraded along Golden Beach foreshore.
Lake Weyba foreshore
Council is working with the community to develop a landscape plan for Lake Weyba foreshore park.
Landsborough - Cribb Street streetscape
Council is planning a streetscape upgrade to Cribb Street, Landsborough with a first stage of work complete.
Maroochydore - First Avenue major streetscape upgrade
A new attractive streetscape will soon transform First Avenue, Maroochydore into a vibrant, shady and inclusive CBD, providing businesses, residents and visitors a more inviting space to live, work and play.

Maroochydore sand renourishment
Council will use sand from the Maroochy River to widen and restore the beach to provide protection from future storms.
Moffat Beach seawall repair project
The Moffat Beach seawall will be repaired following the severe weather in February 2022.

Maroochydore Sugar Road and Maud Street upgrade
Council is planning the upgrade of Sugar Road and Maud Street and is seeking feedback.

Mooloolaba Foreshore Revitalisation Project
Sunshine Coast Council is investing in the future of Mooloolaba with a major foreshore revitalisation project to create more beachfront parkland, new community facilities, improve access to the beach and foreshore and enhance coastal protection for the benefit of residents, visitors and businesses.
Mooloolaba to Minyama separated bikeway
Council will construct a separated bikeway from Mooloolaba Wharf to Minyama. It will be the first separated bikeway to be built within an urban/business area on the coast.
Mooloolaba transport corridor upgrade
The Mooloolaba transport corridor upgrade (MTCU) project will see the road between Culbara Street and Venning Street, Mooloolaba widened to 4 lanes.

Mountain Creek - Karawatha Drive cycle track
The community has determined the final design of the new cycle tracks to be constructed between Golf Links Road and Prelude Drive/Lady Musgrave Drive.
Nambour waste precinct project
The Nambour waste facility is being upgraded with construction and improvements to be completed in the next 3 years.
North Shelly Beach pilot project
This project is an outcome of the Shelly Beach to Moffat Beach coastal study.

Outrigger Park boat ramp & car park upgrade
Construction is starting on upgrading the public boat ramp and trailer parking in Minyama.

South Coolum Road link
Council has completed the design for the proposed South Coolum Road link between South Coolum Road and Suncoast Beach Drive.

Warana coastal pathway construction
The coastal pathway is council’s longest shared pathway connecting communities, beaches, parks and open space areas.
Woombye - Blackall Street streetscape
Construction has been completed on the Blackall Street, Woombye streetscape project.
