Thomas Booker Park

Thomas Booker was a resident of Mudjimba, an active member of the MRA and the developer of the North Beach Place Estate.

Thomas was the senior co-owner and developer of North Beach Estate.

In obtaining approval to their Development Application, the Developer donated a significant parcel of the land to the north of the estate to the Council.

Thomas was passionate about the North Beach Estate development ensuring high standards were maintained throughout, including its central park.

Prior to his untimely passing on 10 September 2018, Thomas was heavily involved and committed to the MRA, the Mudjimba community and the Sunshine Coast as a whole.

Thomas was well known and respected, and generous with both his time and financial support. His widow continues to reside in the estate and remains active in the community.
