Caloundra Customer Contact counter - relocation
Caloundra's Customer Contact Centre is on the move! From 10am on Monday 22 September 2025, you can visit us on the ground floor of Library+ Caloundra, located at 1 Omrah Avenue.
To prepare for the move, the counter at 77 Bulcock Street will close at 2.00pm Friday 19 September.

For those needing to visit Council, the Nambour and Maroochydore offices will be open.
Council’s Customer Contact counters are open to the public.
Please ensure any documentation that is being submitted is already filled out – BYO pen is preferred.
