The Regional Arts Development Fund is an annual partnership between the Queensland Government, through Arts Queensland and council. RADF promotes the role and value of arts, culture and heritage as key drivers of diverse and inclusive communities and strong regions. RADF invests in local arts and cultural priorities, as determined by local communities, across Queensland.

The Sunshine Coast Council RADF program aligns with the Sunshine Coast Arts Plan 2018-2038 supporting artists, projects and programs that contribute to strengthening the creative ecology of the region.

RADF contributes to two funding programs:

RADF also contributes to a range of professional and sector development programs, and diverse programming including First Nations Creative Development, The Refinery, Horizon Festival and Dance Here Now.

Sunshine Coast Council acknowledges the Sunshine Coast Country, home of the Kabi Kabi peoples and the Jinibara peoples, the Traditional Custodians, whose lands and waters we all now share.
We commit to working in partnership with the Traditional Custodians and the broader First Nations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) community to support self-determination through economic and community development.
