Central Park Complex (Caloundra Skate Park)

Caloundra Skate Park forms part of the Central Park Complex and sits between the Caloundra Aquatic Lifestyle Centre and Caloundra Rugby Union Club. The skate park is fully fenced and partly covered by shade sails. Off-street car parking is available at the rugby union car park.

Caloundra Skate Park

Caloundra Skate Park features transition-style elements, with a smaller section of street-style elements located near the park’s entrance. The facility is designed to accommodate not only skateboarders but BMX riders and scooter enthusiasts alike, making it an inclusive and versatile space for various action sports. The combination of street and transition elements, differing in height, type, quantity, and scale, provides riders with opportunities to progress their skills.

Community sports facilities

Central Park Complex has a variety of additional sporting facilities in addition to the Caloundra Skate Park. These include the Caloundra Aquatic Lifestyle Centre, Sunshine Coast Tennis Centre, Caloundra Cricket Club, Caloundra Rugby Union Club and Caloundra Croquet Club.
