This program is council's flagship health and wellbeing program and provides opportunities to participate in free or low cost physical activities on a regular basis. The aim is to support people in our community to maintain or improve fitness levels by making regular exercise part of your daily lifestyle. Hosted by supportive and caring fitness industry professionals, classes and sessions also allows you to connect with others in your local area. Webpages provide links to useful health resources, local sport and recreation clubs and other council initiatives.
