Volume 1 of the Maroochy Plan 2000 describes the purpose of the plan and defines key terms used in the plan

Volume 2 contains the Maroochy Shire Strategic Plan. The strategic plan describes the vision for the future of the Maroochy area

Volume 3 of the planning scheme contains the statements of intent and desired character for each of the planning areas

Volume 4 contains all the technical codes and standards against which development is assessed

Volume 5 contains Structure Plans for areas identified as requiring more detailed guidance in respect to planning and infrastructure outcomes

Information relating to the trunk infrastructure needed to service existing and future development
