As a requirement of the Right to Information Act 2009, council must publish a broad range of information for community access. The publication scheme describes and categorises information routinely available from council. It has been developed to give the community greater access to information held by local government.
Accessing publication scheme information
Where possible these documents are available for download from council’s website. If you are having difficulty accessing any documents, please contact council to request access to documents in another suitable format (for example, hard copy or CD). Information listed in the publication scheme is generally available free of charge from our website. For requests for large volumes of material or other special requests, charges may be payable. Customers will be advised in advance of any charges payable before a request is processed.
The scheme is organised into seven groups to help you find information easily.
If you want to know more about the scheme or further information contained in any of the links, please contact council.
Feedback and complaints about our publication scheme
If you wish to provide feedback to improve our publication scheme or make a complaint about the information available, please access council's Administrative Action Complaints Management Program.
Some of the documents on this site are currently only available in PDF format. Should you be unable to read these documents please contact the Right to Information Team. They will endeavour to meet all reasonable requests for an alternate hardcopy format of the document, including charging for costs incurred in producing copies where necessary.
