Features

Bellvista Meeting Place is nestled centrally within Canavan Gracie Recreational Park and overlooks the Bellvista Lake.  The space is self-service and has a large open meeting room with sliding glass windows and bi-fold doors that open onto a timber deck area at the rear of the venue.

Community/Registered Not for Profit (NFP) per hour - $26.00

Regular bookings (10 or more per year) per hour - $32.00

Standard/Casual per hour - $42.00

Bond - Casual Events (Low Risk) - $400.00

Bond - Casual Events (High Risk) - $1,500.00

Bond - Regular Events - $250.00

Cleaning - charges are POA, determined upon receipt of your venue hire application.

Venue hire is charged from access to exit time. You must include the time you need to set up for your event and to pack down and clean up. Minimum booking time is 1hr, and booking times can be in 15 minute increments. Please note that all applicable fees and charges will be confirmed at the time of booking.
