If you need help using one of council's websites, or help with registering for MyCouncil, you can:

contact council by phone, email or online
read about the benefits of using MyCouncil as either a guest or registered user
search the MyCouncil questions and answers
complete the online form to get support. A customer service officer will get back to you within 3 business days.
