If you need help using one of council's websites, or help with registering for MyCouncil, you can:

contact council by phone, email or online
read about the benefits of using MyCouncil as either a guest or registered user
search the MyCouncil questions and answers
for support using the MyCouncil website, complete the online request for service form
for all other websites, complete the online form to get support. A customer service officer will get back to you within three business days.
