Kids in Action grows a culture that values caring for the natural world. It brings together hundreds of students and teachers from across the region to share experiences and learnings with a common goal to help save the Coast's spectacular environment. The conference is part of National Kids Teaching Kids Week, where students become the teachers sharing the environmental projects they have been working on across the Kids Teaching Kids community.

This year 300 students from 22 Sunshine Coast schools attended the recent Kids in Action Conference on 7 September 2018 at the new Venue 114 in Kawana. They shared some amazing projects about how we can tackle the complex challenge of climate change. You can catch a sample of the schools' offerings at the Kids in Action Roadshow at Kawana Shoppingworld from 25 - 28 October 2018.
