Development.i is a contemporary and innovative development tracking and visualisation tool. It sets a new Australian benchmark for accessing development information. It empowers you to be informed about development and engages you in the planning process.

In 2019 council made Development.i available to the public sector across Australia. It continues to gain recognition, receiving national and state awards.

Online plumbing inspections system

The online plumbing inspections system is an innovative web platform, built completely in-house by council. It is a one stop self service system, that allows the plumbing industry to complete all inspection tasks for a permit, online in one place, on any device, 24/7.

This system was introduced in 2019 for our customers and has since received recognition from a number of industry bodies.
