Annie Byron’s one-woman show explores the humorous experiences of a middle-aged woman attempting to find a partner through Internet dating.

Bravely she enters the online dating jungle and soon discovers that what you see is probably not what you get, there is no such thing as a free cup of coffee and that having John Clarke as your romantic ideal may be setting the bar just a little too high.

Based on Andee Jones’ bestselling book, Kissing Frogs, it brings a humorous twist to those pressing questions about love such as, why is it so hard to find and even harder to keep? Is romantic love the impossible dream and how do you know Mr Right even when you find him?

Directed by Wayne Harrison this heartwarming and funny show explores the heart hazards of social network dating in a laugh-filled show, get a group of friends together for a night of laughs and fun.

Cost to attend is $39 for adults, $35 for concessions and groups of eight or more, $30 for subscribers and $25 for people aged 25 years and under. Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling the Nambour Civic Centre on 5475 7777, online at Sunshine Coast Venues and Events website or visit the theatre Box Office located at Centenary Square, 52-64 Currie Street, Nambour. Warning: Performance may adults themes that can offend and is recommended for people aged 15 years or older.
