If you love stand up paddle boarding or like the idea of working from one of the Coast’s stunning beaches, why not think about starting your own stand up paddle board hire business.

An opportunity exists for a prospective business operator to apply for a high-use / high-impact permit to start a stand up paddle board hire business at Bulcock Beach in Caloundra.

In December 2015, council conducted an expression of interest process calling for businesses to apply for a three-year Commercial Use of Community Land Permit. Permits were available for a range of uses and locations across the Coast. No application was received for the site at Bulcock Beach between beach access 293 and 296 and the site remains vacant.
