Early bird gets the discount at Caloundra Music Festival!

Here’s something to make a song and dance about – tickets to Caloundra Music Festival 2015 have gone on sale today at a super early bird discount rate! Festival Director Richie Eyles said this special limited  release was a gesture of thanks to seasoned festival fans.

“We’re still yet to finalise and announce our artist line-up for the 2015 Caloundra Music Festival so this super early bird discount really is about rewarding our rusted-on, diehard fans who love to attend every year regardless of who is playing,” he said.

“Having said that, we’re well and truly on track to secure some of Australia’s top performers and some quality international acts so people who snap up these discounted tickets will be pretty glad they did."

Division 2 Councillor Tim Dwyer said the Caloundra Music Festival continued to deliver outstanding returns on investment for the Sunshine Coast.

“This event has grown significantly in strength during its short nine year existence. It provides wonderful entertainment for locals of all ages and tastes and attracts a great number of visitors and performers from outside our region including overseas, which is tremendous for the local economy.

“It provides important opportunities for talented local artists in the creative industries to showcase their talents, particularly through support events like the Fringe Festival and the Film Festival.

“The festival has also become a leader in environmental sustainability in recent years through campaigns to eliminate plastic water bottles and we’ll be implementing some more ‘green’ initiatives at this year’s event to push this even further.”
