If $2000 in prize money is not enough to inspire you, the opportunity to get your creative talents featured on the big screen should surely be inspiration enough create an entry for this year’s SCRUFFFY Film Festival.

It's still not too late to enter what is fast becoming one of the most popular youth film festivals across the nation, with entries now open until Friday 6 June.

Sunshine Coast Council Regional Director Lisbet Dean said that this year’s Sunshine Coast Regional Underground Film Festival for Young People is shaping up to be bigger and better than previous years, with an extended program featuring a wide range of activities such as film screenings, film forums and workshops, right across the coast.

“And judging by entries received to date, it would seem that some of the coast’s most creative young minds have been hard at work, honing their skills on a craft that has gained prominence as a competitive, cutting edge field,” Ms Dean said.

With multiple categories and $2000 in prize money up for grabs, time is fast running out. For more details and to download an entry form, visit www.scrufffy.com.
