Sunshine Coast Council challenges local teens to register their name for an evening of intrigue by entering the fantasy world of Hunter Library Lockdown in various libraries across the Coast in January 2013.

Teens aged 13 years and over will become a mystical character and get locked in the library for two hours of suspense to solve their way to victory on a clue hunt.

The storyline and characters have been created by popular local Young Adult author, Amanda Ashby and Sunshine Coast Library staff and is based loosely on fairytales and the legend of the Wild Hunt.

Using a range of technologies, books, puzzles and physical endurance, teens must compete against the clock, and each other. Only one will be named the victor and be crowned Hunter 2012.

Be sure to secure your place today in one of the following Hunter Library Lockdown sessions.
