Report a missed bin/request an extra service

Please wait until 6pm on your bin collection day before reporting a missed bin. Collection times may be earlier or later than usual.

Please use Empty my bin form to:

  • report a missed or partially missed bin service
  • request an extra waste collection in addition to your regular service. An invoice will be posted to the authorised requestor. Tenants can request an extra service, but payment must be made before collection. We will contact you to arrange credit card payment. See the Extra waste service fee schedule for costs.
