Bellvista Meeting Place is nestled centrally within Canavan Gracie Recreational Park and overlooks the Bellvista Lake. The space is self-service and has a large open meeting room with sliding glass windows and bi-fold doors that open onto a timber deck area at the rear of the venue. Bookable hours are 6am – 10pm, 7 days a week.

Fees and charges
| Community/Registered Not For Profit (NFP) per hour | $21.60 |
| Regular bookings per hour | $25.75 |

Note that all applicable fees and charges will be confirmed at the time of booking. Venue hire and bond charges are dependent on the hirer and event.
Cleaning POA: Required for events where food and beverages are consumed and/or have a large number of attendees
Bond: May apply for casual events - $400 (considered low-risk) or $1,500 (considered high-risk events, i.e. events that involve a large number of attendees and/or alcohol consumption)
Security: Charges range from $ 67 to $105 per guard/per hour - required for all considered high-risk events. Minimum duty requirement of 5 hours applies.
To qualify for Community/Not For Profit rate the group, school or government organisation must provide documented proof.
All bookings must have current Public Liability Insurance with a minimum of $20 million coverage. Private individuals may qualify to use Council’s Public Liability Insurance. For more information, refer to conditions of hire.
