Ayliffe Park Golden Beach
Ayliffe Park is the largest of the foreshore parks at Golden Beach with plenty of facilities on offer. The park lies between Oxley and McLean Streets opposite the northern tip of Bribie Island. The playground is sheltered by shade sails and offers plenty of interest, as well as a fenced liberty swing (wheelchair accessible). Please contact council to obtain the key. La Balsa Park Buddina
This popular waterfront park on the bank of the Mooloolah River is a picturesque picnic spot with three playgrounds, a fitness station at the northern end and adequate shelter and shade. The pathway through the park continues up to Point Cartwright and is a popular joggers route. There are four off street car parking locations as well as the trailer parking area at the boat ramp. This is a double concrete ramp with a separate boarding pontoon.

Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve
The Butterfly Deck in the reserve is popular for wedding ceremonies. The endangered Coxens fig parrot and rare grey goshawk have been reported in the reserve and a small colony of red-necked pademelons can often be seen on the lawn areas adjoining the picnic area and playground. This ecosystem is protected for the conservation of biodiversity and provision of nature-based recreation activities. Guided tours are available.
