Are you keen to know what changes you can make to a property you own or intend to buy? Council’s _Development Information Site Report_ is an online tool that makes access to general town planning information for individual properties both easy and convenient.
Once you enter the property address, a _Development Information Site Report_ is automatically generated containing planning scheme information, interactive maps and other site information.
The report allows you to quickly understand the general planning provisions that apply to a particular property, such as height and zoning.
The _Development Information Site Report_ is device-responsive, so it can be used on desktop computers, tablets and smart phones—making it great for people on the move.
The report enables access to zoning information outside council’s regular business hours, so your queries can now be answered at a time that is convenient to you.
