Road closed or open? Check our maps

A number of Sunshine Coast Council-controlled roads are still affected by water, subsidence or landslips.

But now you can visit an online map on council's website to check whether roads in your part of the Coast are passable.

While affected roads are listed on a separate page, the map shows where the roads are actually located in the Sunshine Coast.

Visit the Council website to make sure your journey can be completed in safety and in a timely manner.

The site information is automatically updated hourly, on the hour.

Note that the maps only refer to council-controlled roads; to check the state of main roads in the region, go to www.131940.qld.gov.au and scroll down to "Northern Region"
