Presenter Donna Garrett-Young shares her experience in building a home and the five key steps involved. Be inspired as you watch, listen and learn from Donna as she provides tips on home building made easy.

This session covers important considerations when building a home including setting a budget, approaches to design, what to expect in a construction contract and how to prepare a design brief.

Ms Garrett-Young will also provide essential tips on the contract preparation process including obtaining financial approval and will share her experience into what can go wrong and importantly how to deal with it.
