Muriel’s Wedding Sing-A-Long

Sing-a-long to all your favourites in the classic film Muriel’s Wedding screening at Council’s Arthouse Cinema Nambour on Thursday, March 5 at 7pm.

Located within the Nambour Civic Centre, the Arthouse Cinema Nambour screens arthouse, independent and foreign films weekly and also features a blast from the past on the first Thursday of each month with their Old Skool screenings.

The Old Skool cinema events are always a great night out with give aways, best dressed competitions and the opportunity to take a drink into the cinema from the licensed café.

Ostracized by her more socially adept friends, Muriel runs into fellow outcast Rhonda Epinstakl (Rachel Griffiths), and the two moves from their small Australian town to the big city of Sydney, where Muriel changes her name and begins the arduous task of redesigning her life to match her fantasies.
