Chancellor State College will officially launch the regional TravelSmart program on Walk Safely to School Day, 15 May.

Chancellor State College will officially launch the regional TravelSmart program on Walk Safely to School Day, 15 May.

Chancellor students will join thousands of others across the Coast in the walk, which promotes walking, to achieve an active and healthy lifestyle.

To recognise the school’s efforts in promoting sustainable transport solutions, and to officially launch the TravelSmart program, councillor Christian Dickson will be on hand to help install a, ‘Proud to be a TravelSmart Sunshine Coast School’ sign.

The sign symbolises the commitment Chancellor State College has made to TravelSmart and will assist in promoting and increasing awareness of the program.
