Aboriginal Comedy Allstars is cheeky, playful, irreverent and hilarious

From the oldest culture on earth comes the freshest and funniest stand-up comedy showcase.

Featuring Kevin Kropinyeri, one of Australia’s leading Aboriginal comedians who is a regular performer at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival (MICF) and a regular guest on TV including Seven’s Weekend Sunrise, Shiralee Hood (MICF Deadly Funny, Deadly Awards), Matt Ford (winner Class Clowns 2010) and introducing Dane Simpson

Matt Ford (QLD) is the latest in a squad of exciting young talents rapidly establishing themselves as the next generation of Australian stand-up. Matt has worked with the likes of Doug Stanhope, Tom Gleeson, and Tom Ballard.

Shiralee Hood (VIC/ACT/WA) has survived the Canberra bushfires, lived next to the Tent Embassy's sacred fire outside Parliament House in Canberra and had her front teeth knocked out swinging on a Hill's Hoist (which is about as Aussie as it gets).

Kevin Kropinyeri (VIC/SA) is Australia’s premier Aboriginal comedy star, a high energy whirlwind that will have you holding your sides laughing, as he shares tales of growing up, marriage and the particular, absurd challenges of life as an Aboriginal Australian family man.

Dane Simpson is proving that the best comedy can be found in the most genuine human experiences. The winner of NSW final in the Deadly Funny comedy competition in 2015, Dane’s cheeky online sketches are rapidly making him a Facebook star, with more than 50,000 views.
