During an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service immediately. For life-threatening situations call 000.

Sunshine Coast Council's customer contact service operates 24 hours a day. After hours, calls relating to council infrastructure, public safety or essential council services are automatically referred to the relevant on-call officers. Non-urgent enquiries will be actioned during normal business hours.
