Report on proposed planning scheme amendment at Yaroomba to be made public

A Special Meeting to discuss a proposed amendment to the planning scheme in relation to the Sekisui House beachside proposal at Yaroomba will be held on Monday, April 27. The officer report on the proposed amendment will be publicly available on Council's website at noon on Friday, April 24.

Council has confirmed a Special Meeting to discuss a proposed amendment to the planning scheme in relation to the Sekisui House beachside proposal at Yaroomba will be held on Monday, April 27.

The Special Meeting will be held at 9am at Caloundra Chambers, Omrah Ave, Caloundra.

Council has also confirmed the officer report on the proposed amendment will be publicly available on Council’s website at noon on Friday, April 24.

When Council makes a resolution on any proposal, the voting must be taken in public session.

The votes of individual Councillors are cast in public and recorded in the minutes of the meeting.
