Meet Arabella is a book about Sarah Gray’s daughter, Arabella, and her journey as she is diagnosed with Eosinophilic oEsophagitis or EE for short. It is a beautiful story written to support people and especially children who may suffer from EE or similar disorders.
Sarah Gray is the founder of the ausEE charity, which raises awareness of and supports people diagnosed with Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disorders (EGID). EGID occurs when too many of a particular white blood cell are found in the gastrointestinal tract.
Ms Gray will be joined by widely acclaimed illustrator, Peter Carnavas who will demonstrate how to draw a character from the book. All sales from the book are donated to ausEE.
Bookings are essential and can be made online at council’s library website or by phoning Maroochydore Library on 1300 LIBRARY.
