Sunshine Coast Council will host a series of free sessions about improving eye sight in February and March at Sunshine Coast Libraries.
Most people take poor eyesight for granted even if they are in good general health. These sessions will show how eyesight can change for the better whether you are short-sighted, long-sighted, have astigmatism or a reading blur.
Carina Goodrich presents Eye Fitness andwill cover topics such as causes of visual blur, what prescription numbers mean, vision types, activities for good eyesight, reversing reading blur, and caring for your vision.
Often eyesight begins to deteriorate due to physical or emotional stress at a particular period in life. By determining the original starting point of refractive error and working through the internal blocks to seeing clearly, people of any age can regain clear vision.
Contact your local Sunshine Coast library for bookings.
