Maroochydore roadwork As work on Maud Street comes to an end and work on the intersections at Aerodrome Road begins, I would like to thank the community for their ongoing patience and understanding. This project will help with access to our new Maroochydore City Centre. As part of this work, the short section of Cornmeal Parade from First Avenue to the Cornmeal Place car park will be closed to traffic from mid-May for approximately four weeks (weather permitting). The car park will be accessible via Horton Parade and/or Aerodrome Road.

As one project ends another begins, construction is about to start on a new amenities block next to the lifeguard tower. This project will also include the realignment of the Coastal Pathway.
