Sunshine Coast Airport Pty Ltd is owned by Palisade Investment Partners, an independent specialist Australian infrastructure manager. Palisade acquired a 99 year lease for Sunshine Coast Airport from council in December 2017.

Sunshine Coast Airport is responsible for the safe and secure operation, maintenance, commercial development and strategic planning for the airport.
